In Your Hair

Here’s what I hate about spritzing perfume on my wrists and neck. I don’t want it coming into contact with my jewelry because it can damage my favorite pieces. Instead, I like to spritz a light spray of scent in my hair. It clings to the strands and I can still smell it at the end of the day. Give it a try – I think you’ll agree.

2

On Your Sweater

In most cases, perfume isn’t going to harm your clothing, which makes it a great place to add some scent. I like to spritz just a dab on my sweater or shirt. It sticks with you all day and won’t get washed off like if you have it on your skin and you sweat and wipe during the day. The best way to do this is to spray it into the air, then walk through the mist. That way you aren’t too overpowering.

3

Layered

Layering isn’t just for your clothes. Perfume experts are glorifying the way you can pile on a couple of different scents to create just the one you love. If you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for on store shelves, talk to the perfume experts at a department store and learn how you can choose more than one and wear them together. Cool, huh?

4

Scented Jewelry

Why did it take so long for someone to invent this magical stuff? Forget my fear of ruining my favorite jewelry with perfume. Now I can wear it and smell it at the same time. Lisa Hoffman Beauty pioneered this trend by creating fashionable and trendy pieces that have the scent built right in. The bracelets comes with refillable scented beads that slowly release their fragrance over the course of a couple of weeks. Genius!

5

On Your Feet

You’ve no doubt heard all the wonders of using oils for a variety of health ailments. Usually, they are recommended on the bottoms of the feet. You can do this with your perfume too. Your feet are generally warm, which helps release the fragrance of what you’re wearing into the air for your own benefit as well as those around you. Give it a try – I think you’ll be surprised.

Backs of the Knees

Like your wrists or your neck, the backs of your knees are pulse points. These areas have long been touted as the best places to apply perfume. Dabbing a bit on the backs of your knees can be just as beneficial and keeps it away from your jewelry.

7

On a Handkerchief

Instead of putting your perfume on your actual person, you can spritz on an accessory and wear it to release the fragrance. Fashion experts suggest putting the scent on a handkerchief and wearing it tied fashionably around your wrist. You can also put your perfume on a scarf or headband and wear that.

What’s your signature scent? Will you try any of these new ways to wear it?

my perfumes never last long on my skin. I hope clothes & hair really work!

I don't think I would put it in my hair personally because it would be drying with the alcohol. But the other tips are nice.

I always put my perfume on my clothes in the winter on my scarfs as well

Ladies, if you want your scent to linger, so you will remain on his mind for a while, def spritz it on your clothes: Sweater, scarves, coat, hat! In the winter, spray the cuffs of your coat or jacket, in the summer, on the cuffs of your sweater. When you hold hands your scent will end up on his wrists and hands, just enough so that he will def have that scent on his mind; and when you see him again, and you're wearing that same scent, he will notice🌟

Would definitely try these out

True, spraying perfume on your hair on a regular basis will definitely dry your hair. I spray perfume on my body right after I put lotion on. : )

I've read you're not supposed to spray perfume directly on your hair. Instead, spray some on your brush.. Then run it through your hair :)

I love wearing perfume on my shoulders or upper arms, its bound the catch attention
